Discount Code Terms
- Discount codes can only be applied once to any order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions (sale items.)
- Once applied the discount code cannot be used again.
- Discount codes cannot be added or refunded after the purchase has taken place.
- Two discount codes cannot be used on an order.
- If an item is returned from an order that had a discount code applied, the value of the code used will be deducted from any refund.
- Codes that have been redeemed cannot be reissued in the event of a return.
- Discount codes cannot be used on Gift Cards
New Customer Promotion
If you are a new customer, you will be given the chance to enter your email address & sign up to our newsletter. You will receive an email requesting for you to confirm your subscription, once you have done this you will receive a further email with a 10% off your first order code. You must wait for this email before placing your first order to use your discount.
- This discount can be used online only.
- We cannot refund the discount once an order has been placed and the code cannot be used on future orders.
- The discount code will apply 10% discount across your whole order, excluding shipping.
- Promotion is subject to change and we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
Birthday Promotion
If you have submitted your email address and date of birthday and are signed up to receive marketing you will receive a code to use on your birthday month that will entitle you to 20% off your next order. Promotion is subject to change and we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
Gift Voucher Terms
When placing an order for a E-Voucher please note that this is an E-Voucher and will be automatically emailed to the email address provided. If you have purchased the physical Gift Voucher, this will be posted by your chosen delivery method. Both vouchers are valid online and in store and can only be used on tilletts/tilletts website. E-Vouchers and Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
