How do I return? £3.50 Returns.

Use the link to fill in your details, you'll be emailed a QR code to take straight to the post office - no printer needed! 

Complete your returns slip with your return reason and place this INSIDE of your parcel. (Please do not stick the returns form to any packaging)

When using this service, £3.50 is deducted from the total value of the item/s returned. This is the quickest and easiest way to return to us! 

 

What is your online returns policy?

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the date the parcel has been received by the customer. 
  • If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will be unable to process your refund. In this case if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to yourself.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in the original packaging.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and socks are NON returnable.
  • Bespoke commissions/personalised made to order jewellery is exempt from our refund policy.

What is your store returns policy?

We are happy to exchange any unworn items that are purchased in store within 14 days of purchase. All items must have the original tags and receipt to be eligible for an exchange/credit note.

Online click and collect orders can be returned to our store for a full refund/exchange in store. For further information regarding returns, please don't hesitate to ask a member of staff in store or call 01472 566995.  


Christmas Returns Policy

We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period.

In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online between Friday 1st November 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until 10th January 2025 for a full refund.

Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging and still have the tags attached. If you’re exchanging an item bought in store please ask for a gift receipt so that the recipient can return their gift for an exchange or Gift Card if it is not to their liking.

 

Can I exchange an item I've purchased online?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. You can return your item/s to us for a full refund and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

    What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
    Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. Please send Customer Services an e-mail (info@tillettsclothing.co.uk) or Facebook message with your order number, photo's of the fault and a brief description of the fault or issue and we will help you straight away.

    For items that are faulty, the returns postage cost will be wavered when using our Tilletts £3.50 Return Service. 

    *A consumer cannot claim for a refund or replacement if they alter the item or causes any damage to the item.

    Refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale, reasons may include: 

    • makeup marks
    • perfume smell/strong odours
    • tan marks
    • alterations
